Such a great spot! Even though it was busy, we were seated very quickly and the service was friendly and efficient from the start. We ordered the arugula salad with Parmesan and a pizza with artichokes, olives, and other toppings, and everything was delicious. The ingredients tasted very fresh, the pizza came out quickly, and the dough was excellent — we even ate all the crust, which says a lot. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere felt lively but relaxed. We also saw some huge pasta portions being served at nearby tables, and they looked amazing. We left full, happy, and very impressed. Definitely a place we would come back to.

Authentic, simple Italian pizza done right! We had the Salsicciotta wood-fired pizza, and it was absolutely delicious. You could truly taste each individual ingredient, and the pizza was flavorful without being heavy or greasy. I left feeling completely satisfied and, best of all, not bloated! We arrived just after the lunch-hour rush and only waited about 10 minutes to get seated inside. If you’re in New Haven and looking for authentic Italian pizza, I highly recommend stopping here!

Food: great spot for Neapolitan pies. They have a solid lineup of classic and signature pies. Big shoutout to the margarita, it was my fav for sure. The white pie was really tasty too. Super chewy crust, cooked quickly and cooked well. Service: our server was awesome. Definitely Italian, made great recommendations, and made sure we were taken care of. Atmosphere: loved the outdoor seating. Beautiful setting with a clean, simple, Italian feel.

Wow-incredible. Authentic and delicious Food-the meatballs were perfect, the sauce pure perfection and the pizzas proved they have mastered the art. Family owned (check their story out in the website). I wouid this place 10 stars . The Stella appetizer (lightly sauced pizza with arugula and Parmesan cheese) was exquisite. I was going to go to the famed Frank Pepe’s but the line was too long. Did a quick search and this place was just down the street-I hit the jackpot on this trip. This is a must go to place if yiu are in New Haven

This place really stands out if you’re looking for authentic Italian pizza and fresh pasta. Coming from someone who loves the classic New Haven bar pizza style, this felt different in the best way — much more traditional, with an incredibly fresh, flavorful tomato sauce and a pizza where the sauce and cheese truly shine in every bite. I also ordered the cacio e pepe, which is one of my favorite dishes anywhere, so I’m picky about it — and this version easily ranked in my top 3. Rich, balanced, and done the right way. What impressed me just as much was how fast the service and food were. Everything came out quickly, but nothing felt rushed or low quality. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming the whole time. The restaurant itself was clean, authentic, and had a great vibe. If you’re looking for fresh Italian food, great pizza, homemade pasta, and fast service, this spot is absolutely worth visiting.
